We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time!
This beautiful home is tucked away in a private family friendly neighborhood, minutes from the freeway you'll have quick and easy commute time to get around Utah Valley.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind is allowed within this home and any report of or violation of our smoking policy will result in a fine of $500.
Pet Policy: No Pets Are Allowed at this property.
