The entire property is available for being rented, but in this listing we will focus on a hotel type of room rental including your own private 2 Jack and Jill style bedrooms and a shared bathroom attached in between, as well as access to all common areas including a massive kitchen stocked with all appliances and basic cookware, dishes and utensils, a large dining room table with seating for 8, a bar area with seating for 4, a living room with a smart TV and fireplace, a half bathroom, a sunroom with seating arrangements for six, a coffee bar with 2 Keurig's and plenty of mugs, a ballroom area, an upstairs reading nook, a laundry room with two washers and two dryers and a large open backyard space and plenty of parking in the front driveway.
In the 2 bedroom rental, the accommodations include:
One room with a high end king sized, gel infused memory foam mattress with 2 nightstands, a dresser, a smart TV, and a closet space.
A bathroom with a full sized tub and shower in between the two bedrooms.
Second room with 2 double queen sized bunk beds with luxurious gel infused memory foam mattresses, a closet, a dresser, a lamp and a sitting chair. The recommended maximum occupancy for this 2 bedroom rental would be 6 people. If you are traveling in a group larger than 6 people, there are more rooms within the home available for rent.
This accommodation is perfect for travelers who just need simple accommodations within two private rooms who need a comfortable place to sleep and don't mind sharing common areas with other like travelers who are renting their own private rooms within this large home as
For an additional charge, we are happy to provide some extra accommodations to help create a family friendly experience for anyone with young travelers. Please inquire to rent the following for your stay: a pack and play, a highchair, or a baby walker/bouncer.
For the private room rentals we do not allow pets to ensure that other travelers within private rooms are respected in regards to noise sensitivities and potential allergies.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises – no exceptions. Failure to comply with the pet or smoking/drug policy will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
This home can be rented in several ways, renting the entire home, renting individual rooms, or renting several rooms at a time.
