Hi there! We’re Kacey and Tiffanie Jensen, the husband-and-wife team behind Premium Rentals, a short-term rental and property management business rooted in our family values and passion for hospitality. Based in Boise, Idaho, our journey began in 2017 when Kacey’s 15+ years of expertise in house flipping and renovations merged with Tiffanie’s love for interior design, creative storytelling, and curiosity about the short-term rental market. What started as a single renovation project transformed into a thriving business when Tiffanie suggested giving Airbnb a shot—and the rest is history!
