Kacey had spent most of his life renovating and flipping homes — from his teenage years forward, real estate was never just a career, it was a calling. By day he was rising through the corporate world; at heart always the guy who saw a rundown property and envisioned what it could become.
When he and Tiffanie got married, that passion became theirs together — her extraordinary eye for design and beauty transforming every space they touched.
Then came August 21st, 2017. Idaho was in the path of totality and Airbnb prices were outrageous. Tiffanie had an idea: "We just finished a renovation — why don't we throw it on Airbnb for the eclipse weekend?"

What followed was pure, beautiful chaos. They ran all over the valley grabbing free toss-out furniture, thrift store finds, mattresses on the floor. One purpose: survive a single weekend rental.

But future dates started quietly rolling in. They felt obligated to honor them. More came. And more. They never had a chance to turn it off — so they decided not to.

McCall. Hawaii. A Model That Wouldn't Quit.
The eclipse listing kept performing. In 2018: what if we had a cabin in McCall? The monthly cost hard to justify — unless they rented it out. So they did.
It worked. 2019: what about Hawaii? Same logic. Same result. Friends and family started asking how they were doing it. Could they help? The snowball started rolling.

At the time, Kacey was the Regional Director for one of the largest RV dealerships in the nation — a highly successful career built alongside everything else. He and Tiffanie were also raising four kids (with two more on the way), operating at full capacity every single day.
Yet the rental business kept growing — properties across Idaho and Hawaii, a swelling friends-and-family portfolio, a side gig that had quietly become anything but small. Something had to give.
In 2021, Kacey walked away from his career. PremiumRentals.us gave way to PremiumRentals.com, purchased at premium — because that's what the company had become.

Tiffanie led the creative vision, working hand-in-hand with a professional logo design firm for the first time — producing the navy house mark, clean lettering, and cursive flourish that became Premium Rentals' first real identity.
The first employees were hired. Four years of lone-wolf hustle, officially over.

We built out and renovated 3140 W Belltower Dr., Suite 100, Meridian, Idaho — physical proof that what started with mattresses on the floor deserved a proper address.
And once the walls were painted and the doors open — naturally — we looked at each other and said it again: "Time to make it even prettier."
